We can monitoring the works, take photos, control your order to be in accordance with your wishes. This service is proposed to you on the sector between Rethymno and Xania. If you wish, an estimate concerning the service will be sent to you, including photos and report of progress of the works, sent by e-mail (at the rate of 1 visit by week on your construction site and made by a completely independent service).
A useful service to avoid unpleasant surprises!
(Count approximately 30 - 35 euros by visit) this amount is to be refined according to the place where is the construction site.
The payment will be made by bank card before each visit.
We'll not be authorized to act at your place, and our mission is only to hold you informed about work in progress, so that you can intervene as soon as possible in case of problem.
It will be asked to inform by writting the builder about our mission, and to send to us a copy , so that we can go on the construction site freely.
This mission is not time-limited, he can involve a single visit to see the progress of certain works, or of longer duration if you wish.
Furthermore, if you need to come 2 or 3 days to see yourself the progress of your works, we propose you a bed and breakfast in the region of Kefalas.
